The consistent gardener

Beloved
With the warmth of the seas
That fill my lungs
I am annihilated
In the perfect moment
Of your being

I laugh
And smile childlike

God travels across gardens
Oceans turn to time, and with seasons
We reach our goal

God Tends to the flowers here
With waves
Sea salt
And hand crafted plans

Those of which we all lean towards
Flowers consuming sunlight
In the moment of tranquil bliss

Bees may consume us
Let their sting linger
Cut across the sting

God will remove
The finer points of life

We will laugh
As moments pass
And are cut short

The constant gardener
Loves variety
All the same
Keeps the petals most cherished
For himself

The fragrance
Of the fall
Can soon be bottled
And reused
Igniting a loving embrace
That spring offers
And it's counterpart demands.
